Q&A: Has anyone else received the follow-up letter with an attached application?
Good day Barbara! My name is Tim Herrik, and I’m working for the AG Int. Human Resources Department. Sorry for the late response. We have a second entry level job opening in the Accounting Department. The position that you applying for is presented by the direct employer. Our head office is located in Zurich Switzerland, and we have branches in Geneve Switzerland,Frankfurt Germany and Stockholm Sweden. Since 2009, AG Int, has provided insurance and financial services in US and so we are announcing new vacancies to work in our US representative branches.
A Junior Accountant is one of the primary figures in our business that works for our international company and handles a large part of our day-to-day work. You will be working at the company’s remote access system and get access to our employee’s area of the web-site. Your assigned manager will explain you on how to work with the remote access system and will help you in resolving any question that might arise during the time that you will be working in the Accounting Department. With the upcoming autumn we expect our remote working staff to move in the US office locations and at the moment we offer a part time employment on a remote basis.
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
•Working with an already existing clients
•Collaborating with US partnership company’s representatives
•Perform monthly distribution of the financial reports
•Perform data entry of journal entries
•Assist in the preparation of the bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
•Assist in performing financial transactions
•Assist with special projects as needed
•Monitor and review transaction details and related system reports
•Performs other duties as assigned
Employment terms and conditions:
Your regular salary for the first 3 months as a trial period is 3200$ a month (without deducting all applicable taxes), plus you will get 3% commission bonus. You will receive a pay-check every calendar month or your salary can be wired per your request. This is a part time employment opportunity with flexible working hours.
You can apply for a full time position after 3 moth trial period. Your schedule may vary between 2 and 5 hours a day.

Did you have contact with this company?
A legitimate business gets all the information they need from you in your resume, references, and follow up interviews. They do not tell you not to respond to others and only them. They will NOT send you an E-mails about being hired. And NEVER, ever click on an attachment from people/company/ anyone you do not know!
This is a scam to get your personal information and/or money. Do not respond to it.
Report it, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and to the abuse desk of the sender’s ISP.

Choose Fraud as the reason for the violation you’re reporting on.
Also, if the E-mail appears to be impersonating a bank or other company or organization, forward the message to the actual organization.
You really need to get yourself some employment etiquette and knowledge fast.
The first being that job hunting online, is just asking for people to try to scam you.
Looking on the Internet is risky at best, as it is much too easy to lie and cheat online.
If you are serious about finding work, use an employment agency.
stop its a money laundering scam, do not respond to them or send any personal info. They want you to deposit stolen cheques into your personal bank acct then wire the money back to them. Thats illegal and what drug gangs and the mafia do to cover their tracks.
This is a scam that has been going around for months. Do not respond to them. There is no such company

Scam.
It`s either intended to get personal info to steal identity – or to get you to pay money for permits etc.
AG int. is a nonsense name – as AG is the swiss equivalent of a british Ltd.
Delete these and never respond to them.
Also, 00 for 2 to 5 hours a day – that`s not realistic, is it?
